Lukkly Terms You Agree To When You Play

Updated 2026-09-15

Who we are and what these terms cover

Welcome. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Lukkly, a brand operated by Island Lukkly B.V. and launched in 2024.

We hold a licence issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence number ALSI-202509069-FI2. That licence, together with the laws applying to it, governs everything we do and everything set out below.

By registering an account, placing a bet or spinning a reel, you accept these terms in full. Please read them carefully. Did something change? We will tell you — see the final section on amendments. For how we handle your data, our Privacy Policy applies alongside this document.

Deposits, withdrawals and identity checks

Accounts are held in GBP and the minimum deposit is just £1. We support cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller and Jeton, vouchers like paysafecard, plus a range of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT.

Before we release funds we may ask you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. This means proof of identity, address and, where relevant, ownership of the payment method used. It is a licence obligation and it protects everyone. Withdrawals are processed within up to 4 hours once verification is complete, though your provider or bank may add its own timing.

We may withhold a payout while a check is outstanding, decline transactions we reasonably suspect of fraud, and require withdrawals to return to the same method used to deposit.

Fair play, prohibited conduct and closing accounts

Play must be fair. You agree not to use bots, automated software, collusion, exploits or any tool intended to gain an unfair edge, and not to attempt payment fraud, money laundering or chargebacks made in bad faith.

If we find such conduct we may suspend or close the account and void affected bets. We may also close an account for regulatory reasons or serious breach of these terms. You can close your own account at any time by contacting us via our support channels.

Dormant accounts — those with no activity for an extended period — may be subject to an administration fee where the law permits, after we have tried to reach you. We will always attempt to return a genuine balance to you first.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with us. Age is not negotiable, and we verify it.

You also confirm that gambling is legal where you live and that you are not accessing our services from a territory we are barred from serving. If local law forbids it, you must not play — the responsibility for that check sits with you.

One person, one account. We operate a strict one-account rule: duplicate, shared or multiple registrations may be closed, and any winnings arising from them may be voided. When you register you must give accurate, current details and keep them up to date. Your login belongs to you alone; keep your password private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. If you want time away, tools including self-exclusion are described on our responsible gambling page.

Liability, complaints and changes to these terms

We provide our services with reasonable care, but we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Have a complaint? Tell us first. Contact our team with the details and we will investigate and respond. If we cannot resolve matters together, the dispute may be escalated to our regulator, the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, whose framework governs this agreement.

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes. When we do, the revised version is posted here with a new effective date, and continued use signals acceptance. If you need support with your gambling, GamCare offers free, confidential help on 0808 8020 133 or at https://www.gamcare.org.uk.

Bonuses and wagering

Our promotions — the multi-step welcome offers, crypto reloads and sports freebets — are optional, and each carries its own conditions.

Where a specific bonus lists wagering requirements, maximum bets, game weighting or an expiry period, those figures are shown with the offer and take precedence over the general rules here. Bonus funds and any winnings from them may not be withdrawn until the stated playthrough is met. Games contribute to wagering at different rates; slots and table games are not treated identically.

Abuse of promotions — bonus stacking, coordinated play or wagering patterns designed only to clear a bonus with minimal risk — will cost you the bonus and related winnings. Only genuine play counts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How old must I be to play at Lukkly?

You must be at least 18. We verify age during registration and again through KYC checks, and accounts belonging to under-18s are closed with stakes returned where required.

Why am I asked to verify my identity before withdrawing?

Identity verification is a condition of our licence and helps prevent fraud and money laundering. Once your documents are approved, withdrawals are processed within up to 4 hours.

Can I open more than one account?

No. We enforce a strict one-account rule. Additional or shared accounts may be suspended and any related winnings voided, so please keep to a single registration.

Do bonuses have wagering requirements?

Where a promotion carries wagering, the exact requirement, maximum bet and expiry are shown with that offer. Those specific terms override the general bonus rules on this page.

How do I make a complaint?

Contact our support team first with full details so we can investigate. If we cannot resolve it together, the matter may be referred to our regulator in Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
