Which documents do I need to verify my Lukkly account?
Three items: a valid photo ID (passport, national ID or full driving licence), a proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter), and proof of the payment method you used.
How do I upload my verification documents?
Log in, open the Verification section of your profile, choose the document category, add a clear photo or PDF and submit. You can upload straight from your phone camera or your computer — there is no need to email anything.
How should I mask my card for payment proof?
Send a photo of the card showing your name and the last four digits only. Cover the middle eight digits on the front and the CVV on the back before you upload it.
How long does verification take at Lukkly?
Most documents are reviewed in a short window during our checking hours, and you will be emailed once each item is approved. Completing KYC before you cash out means your withdrawal — up to 4 hours — is not delayed by checks.
Why do you keep rejecting my document?
The usual causes are blur or glare, cut-off corners, an expired document, address proof older than three months, or a name that does not match your account. Fix the flagged item and resubmit through the same tab.
Can I complete KYC before making a deposit?
Yes. You can verify as soon as your account is open, which we recommend so there is nothing to hold up a future payout. Deposits start from £1 once you are ready.
Do crypto deposits still need verification?
Yes. Deposits via Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or USDT may need less payment proof, but we may still request your photo ID and proof of address as part of standard KYC.
