Lukkly KYC and How to Verify Your Account

Updated 2026-09-15

What documents do you need to verify my account?

We ask for three things: a valid photo ID, a recent proof of address, and — where relevant — proof of the payment method you used. That single set clears the vast majority of accounts in one pass.

For photo ID we accept a passport, a national identity card or a full driving licence. The document must be in date, uncropped and showing all four corners. For proof of address we accept a utility bill, a bank statement or a council tax letter dated within the last three months, with your name and full address clearly visible.

Verification is standard practice at any regulated operator and protects your funds. You must be 18 or over to hold an account with us.

What are the accepted and rejected document formats?

The quickest way to pass first time is to match the requirements below. Blurred, cropped or expired files are the main reasons a submission comes back.

DocumentAcceptedRejected
Photo IDIn-date passport, national ID or full driving licence, all corners visibleExpired, cropped edges, glare hiding details
Proof of addressUtility bill, bank statement or council tax letter, dated within 3 monthsOlder than 3 months, name or address missing
Payment proofCard front with middle digits masked; e-wallet screenshot showing your nameFull card number shown, CVV visible, name mismatch

Names must match across all three documents and your account details. A different spelling or an old address is the most common trip-up.

How do I prove the payment method I used?

Payment proof simply confirms that the card or wallet used on your account belongs to you. Which document we ask for depends on how you paid.

If you deposited with Visa or Mastercard, send a photo of the card showing your name and the last four digits — cover the middle eight digits and the CVV on the back. For an e-wallet such as Skrill, Neteller or Jeton, a screenshot of your wallet dashboard showing your name and account email is enough. For bank transfer we may ask for a statement header carrying your name and account number.

Crypto deposits via Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or USDT usually need less payment proof, but we may still request ID and address as normal. See our payments page for the full method list.

How long does verification take?

Most documents are reviewed within a short window during our checking hours, and you will be notified by email once each item is approved. We aim to keep the process quick so it never holds up your play or your cashout.

Getting verified early matters. Completing KYC before you request a payout means your money moves without a pause for checks — our stated withdrawal timeframe is up to 4 hours, explained in full on the withdrawals page.

If a document needs a second look, we will tell you exactly what to resend, so keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder after you upload.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which documents do I need to verify my Lukkly account?

Three items: a valid photo ID (passport, national ID or full driving licence), a proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter), and proof of the payment method you used.

How do I upload my verification documents?

Log in, open the Verification section of your profile, choose the document category, add a clear photo or PDF and submit. You can upload straight from your phone camera or your computer — there is no need to email anything.

How should I mask my card for payment proof?

Send a photo of the card showing your name and the last four digits only. Cover the middle eight digits on the front and the CVV on the back before you upload it.

How long does verification take at Lukkly?

Most documents are reviewed in a short window during our checking hours, and you will be emailed once each item is approved. Completing KYC before you cash out means your withdrawal — up to 4 hours — is not delayed by checks.

Why do you keep rejecting my document?

The usual causes are blur or glare, cut-off corners, an expired document, address proof older than three months, or a name that does not match your account. Fix the flagged item and resubmit through the same tab.

Can I complete KYC before making a deposit?

Yes. You can verify as soon as your account is open, which we recommend so there is nothing to hold up a future payout. Deposits start from £1 once you are ready.

Do crypto deposits still need verification?

Yes. Deposits via Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or USDT may need less payment proof, but we may still request your photo ID and proof of address as part of standard KYC.
